แจ้งเตือนมิจฉาชีพแอบอ้างเป็นผู้ให้บริการ หลอกให้ชำระเงินต่ออายุบริการ

เนื่องจากทางเราได้รับแจ้งจากลูกค้า ว่ามีมิจฉาชีพแอบอ้างเป็นผู้ให้บริการเว็บโฮสติ้ง ติดต่อไปหาผู้ใช้บริการโดยแจ้งว่าจะต้องชำระค่าบริการโดยด่วน รวมไปถึงมีพฤติการณ์ที่น่าสงสัยดังต่อไปนี้

โปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพ! นายนครินทร์ สายปลิว ***ห้ามโอนเงินโดยเด็ดขาด***

• มิจฉาชีพจะทำการติดต่อไปหาท่านผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น LINE/อีเมล/โทรศัพท์ (ในกรณีที่เว็บไซต์ของท่าน มีการใส่ข้อมูลติดต่อไว้ในหน้าเว็บไซต์)
• มิจฉาชีพจะแอบอ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่หรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้บริการ พยายามพูดจาข่มขู่จะลบข้อมูล แจ้งว่าบริการของท่านหมดอายุ หรือมีการใช้งานเกินแพ็กเกจ และหลอกขอรหัสผ่านที่ใช้เข้าระบบจัดการโฮสและโดเมน หากท่านไม่โอนเงิน
• หากมิจฉาชีพได้รหัสผ่านจากท่านแล้ว จะทำการปิดเว็บไซต์ของท่าน และข่มขู่ให้โอนเงิน หรือหลอกว่าจะย้ายเว็บไซต์ให้ในข้อเสนอที่ดีกว่าและให้โอนเงินไปยังบัญชีของมิจฉาชีพ
• มิจฉาชีพจะหลอกให้ท่านโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีชื่อ นครินทร์ สายปลิว ซึ่งเป็นบัญชีของมิจฉาชีพ

เพื่อความปลอดภัยของท่าน เราขออนุญาตเรียนแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า

• ช่องทางการติดต่อหลักของเรา จะเป็นช่องทางอีเมลเท่านั้น โดยจะเป็นการส่งไปยังอีเมลตามที่ท่านได้มีการลงทะเบียนไว้กับเราเท่านั้น และจัดส่งจากที่อยู่อีเมล support@zimple.cloud หรือ support@siamlivehost.com เท่านั้น (หากมีอีเมลจากเราที่เข้าไปอยู่ในกล่องขยะ spam box ของท่าน โปรดใช้ความระมัดระวัง เพราะอาจเป็นอีเมลที่ถูกปลอมแปลงจากมิจฉาชีพ)
   
• การติดต่อผ่านช่องทางอื่น ๆ ท่านจะต้องเป็นฝ่ายที่ติดต่อเข้ามาหาเราเองเท่านั้น เราไม่มีนโยบายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทำการติดต่อไปหาท่านก่อนแต่อย่างใด และไม่มีการติดต่อผ่านเบอร์โทรศัพท์ส่วนตัว หรือ LINE ส่วนตัว
   
• การแจ้งยอดให้ต่ออายุ/ใบแจ้งค่าบริการของเราทุกครั้ง จะมีรายละเอียดบอกว่าเป็นการต่ออายุบริการใด รอบบิลตั้งแต่วันที่เท่าไหร่ถึงวันที่เท่าไหร่ และมีการ Link กลับมายังหน้าเว็บ zimple.cloud ให้กดเข้ามาตรวจสอบได้ทุกครั้ง
   
• ชื่อบัญชีที่ใช้รับชำระเงินจากท่านจะเป็นชื่อ นายณัฐพล ศิริพรกิตติ เท่านั้น
   
• เราไม่มีนโยบายลบข้อมูลของท่านหลังจากบริการหมดอายุในทันที โดยเราจะยังคงเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาหนึ่ง โดยการดำเนินการใด ๆ กับข้อมูลของท่านจะเกิดขึ้นในช่วงเวลาทำการเท่านั้น โปรดอย่าหลงเชื่อคำข่มขู่ของมิจฉาชีพที่ติดต่อไปเร่งรัดให้ท่านโอนเงินโดยเด็ดขาด
   
• หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยใด ๆ ในการชำระเงิน โปรดติดต่อเราโดยตรง เพื่อตรวจสอบรายละเอียดก่อนทุกครั้ง

เราขอแนะนำให้ท่านตรวจสอบข้อมูลช่องทางการโอนเงินได้จากทางหน้าเว็บไซต์ของเรา ซึ่งปรากฎอยู่ในหน้าการชำระเงิน (https://support.zimple.cloud/payment.php) เท่านั้น และหากพบความผิดปกติเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดการชำระเงินที่น่าสงสัย โปรดติดต่อกลับเพื่อตรวจสอบก่อนที่ท่านจะดำเนินการชำระ เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดต่อท่าน

Important Notices of Fraudulent Emails Requesting Payment

Dear valued customers,

We have been notified by the our customers that there are scammers pretending to be web hosting providers, the scammers contact the customer and inform him/her that he/she must pay the service fee urgently. Suspicious behavior is as follows:

Please be careful of scammers under the name of Nakharin Saiplio

• Scammers will contact you through various channels such as LINE/email/telephone using the contact information provided on your website.
• Scammers will pretend to be officials or representatives of service providers. Tried to threaten to terminate your service, if you do not transfer money. In some cases the scammer will inform you that your service has expired or the service quota has been exceeded, and also trick into asking for your service password.
• If a scammer has obtained your service password, your website will be suspended and threaten to transfer money to the scammer's account.
• Scammers will trick you into transferring money into an account named Nakharin Saiplio, which is the scammer's account.

For your own safety, we would like inform you that

• Our primary contact channel will be via email only. It will be sent to the registered email address that you have registered with us only. and delivered from an email address support@zimple.cloud or support@siamlivehost.com only. If there is an email from us that ends up in your spam box, please be careful. because it may be an email that was forged from a scammer.
   
• When reaching out via alternative channels, it's essential that you must initiate contact with us first. We don't have a practice of our staff initiating contact with you first. Additionally, we don't use personal phone numbers or personal LINE for communication.
   
• Notification of service renewals/invoices for our services will be sent to you via an email with details indicating which service is being renewed, billing cycle date, and there is a link back to the zimple.cloud web page, so you can click to check the invoice online.
   
• The correct account name used to receive payments from our customers will be the name of Mr. Nattapon Siripornkitti only.
   
• We do not have a policy of deleting your service data immediately after service expires. We will retain your information for a period of time. Any processing of your data will occur during business hours only. Please do not believe the threats of scammers who contact you to rush you to transfer money, especially during the night time.
   

We recommend that you verify information before making any payment with the payment details published on our website (https://support.zimple.cloud/payment.php). If abnormalities are found regarding suspicious payment details. Please contact us to re-check before you proceed with the payment in order to prevent damage that may occur to you.
